Our State Farm Agent Office is growing and looking to add on more Insurance Agents.
We are offering a flexible entry opportunity for anyone to experience working with and in an agency but complete control over schedule and earning potential as we are looking to expand our network of customers.
No required hours, once training is completed - full remote available with equipment provided, monthly compensation provided and uncapped commission schedule.

Our office provides the infrastructure, leads, and we service the new and existing clientele - we are looking for motivated people who want to enjoy the benefits of a sales career.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Market and develop a network of potential prospects and future clients.
- Establish your own working schedule and attend weekly meetings with the Agent for training/development.
- Maintain monthly goals agreed upon with the agent based upon desired earnings.
- Maintain self-discipline to achieve goals as we will not be micro-managing daily activities.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer and phone competency.
- Ability to adapt to incoming technology advancements and training.
- Property and Casualty Insurance License for the State of MI How to become licensed as a Resident Producer - www.michigan.gov/difs/industry/licensing-ins/agnt-ins/general-info/how-to-become-licensed-as-a-resident-producer
- Basic entry goals roughly 10 hours per week of dedicated time: $30,000 - $40,000
- Basic entry goals with increased prospecting and referrals: $50,000 - $70,000
- Advanced Understanding of processes and focus on promotions/incentives: $80,000 - $100,000

- Our office is open 9am - 6pm M-F.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Olivet Collge.
- We currently have 4 team members at our agency.
- We have 15 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
